Assist the Client Services team in managing and executing customer projects.
-You must support Customer Success Managers and Project Coordinators in day-to-day activities and client communications.
– You should Help in understanding customer requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
– You must Monitor project progress and update relevant stakeholders on status and any potential issues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Assist in identifying and resolving any project-related issues or customer concerns promptly.- Support the documentation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
– Help in gathering feedback from customers and incorporating it into process improvements.
– Learn and apply best practices in customer service and project management.
