-You must support Customer Success Managers and Project Coordinators in day-to-day activities and client communications.
– You should Help in understanding customer requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
– You must Monitor project progress and update relevant stakeholders on status and any potential issues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
