- You must complete applications for provider licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of CertifyOS customers
- You need to validate and authenticate information updated on the licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy
- You must summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for CertifyOS customers
- You have to assist with other ad hoc projects as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have analyse operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- You need to Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes and recommend changes as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems and tools to streamline operations and improve workflow.
- Provide support and guidance to team members on operational processes and best practices.
- Conducting data analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
