Alongside cross-functional teams comprising engineers, product managers, marketing managers, customer success managers, and UX and UI designers, you will operate in a highly collaborative setting. In charge of finding, vetting, and producing a shortlist of suitable applicants for a variety of positions
preserving a strong talent pool for all of our available jobs
using websites such as Naukri, LinkedIn, CutShort, Angellist, and others to find possible candidates.Making pre-screening calls to assess candidates’ skills
Creating and distributing tailored recruitment emails to passive prospects about available positions
putting job openings on external employment sites and our internal website
collaborating with team leaders to predict hiring need and department goals
enhancing the company’s standing as an excellent workplace

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- 1-2 years of total experience, with at least 6+ months spent sourcing for a rapidly expanding tech company Experience with internet data mining and recruiting strategies like LinkedIn, Boolean search strings, search engines, and other online networking communities Proven sourcing methods, including direct sourcing
The ability to call and interact with candidates
analytical abilities with the capacity to design, evaluate, and expand the most effective process for candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team
fundamental knowledge of ATS
Proficient at multitasking and time management
a strong commitment to teamwork and the capacity to perform well in a group setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
