- Answer end users’ questions and concerns about IT by offering them first-line technical support and assistance. All support tickets should be tracked and logged to guarantee proper documentation and prompt problem solving.
Diagnose hardware and software faults, fix technical problems, and reduce downtime. To escalate complicated issues and guarantee a timely resolution, cooperate with other IT teams. Keep up with documentation and articles in the knowledge base to improve self-service choices and speed up problem-solving.
Education Required:
- Students who graduated in 2022, 2023 or 2024 with a three-year full-time degree only (BCA, BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or allied streams) are invited to apply.
