- 18-25 years for MTS and Havaldar in CBN (Department of Revenue).
- 18-27 years for Havaldar in CBIC (Department of Revenue) and few posts of MTS.
SELECTION
A computer-based test and the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) or Physical Standard Test (PST) will be part of the examination (only for the job of Havaldar).
Exam Pattern for SSC MTS Recruitment 2025
Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu are the thirteen regional languages in which the computer-based exam will be administered in addition to Hindi and English.
There will be two sessions for the computer-based exam: Session I and Session II. It is required to attempt both sessions. The candidate will be disqualified if they do not attempt any sessions.
In Session I, there won’t be any negative marking. For every incorrect response in Session II, one mark will be deducted.
