You will be essential to providing our gaming community with outstanding customer service and assistance as a Technical assistance Representative at Side. Among your duties will be:
accurately and professionally answering consumer questions in a timely manner through live chat and email.
Recognizing and fixing technical problems and customer complaints by identifying the underlying reason and offering workable solutions.describing the characteristics and capabilities of the product to customers in order to optimize their experience.
keeping up with product upgrades and retaining in-depth product expertise.
working together as a team to guarantee that clients receive the greatest solutions available.
preserving a cheerful, sympathetic, and expert manner throughout all dealings with clients.
maintaining service quality by making sure that strict guidelines are followed and that consistency is maintained.
