• Work closely with data vendors to ensure the integrity of incoming data and address problems at their origin.• To prioritize and address internal and client-reported data issues, collaborate closely with the data engineering, analytics, and client-facing teams.
By recording, monitoring, and overseeing the resolution of detected data problems, we can support the dependability and correctness of our LinQ asset.
Produce concise summaries of technical data findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- To join our Real-World Data (RWD) team, we are looking for a Data Quality Control Specialist who is cooperative and meticulous. Through regular data quality and characterization reviews, the creation of new data quality checks to look into data fitness for purpose, the leadership of data schema change impact assessments, and the development of strong relationships with data vendors, this role is in charge of guaranteeing the quality and integrity of data assets and deliverables. In order to guarantee product dependability and customer trust, this role, which is a major contributor to the RWD function, collaborates across functional boundaries to identify and fix data problems.
Education Required:
Any Graduation
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Public Health, Biostatistics, or a related field.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience

- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- • Demonstrated experience working with healthcare data and large datasets in a quality control or analytics role.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases and data pipelines.
• Working knowledge of real-world data types such as EMR, claims, and lab data.
• Ability to manage tasks independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
