What you will do

Create, implement, and manage effective, high-caliber code for AI model training and optimization.
To measure model performance and analyze outcomes for ongoing improvement, conduct evaluations (Evals).
Analyze and score AI model answers to user inquiries in a variety of disciplines, making sure they meet predetermined standards.Provide thorough justifications and explanations for assessments, demonstrating superior technical know-how and reasoning.
Oversee Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) initiatives, including the creation and upkeep of superior, task-specific datasets.
Work together with researchers and annotators to improve reward models and implement Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).
Create creative evaluation procedures and tactics to enhance the model’s conformity to ethical standards and user requirements.
To enhance AI performance, develop and improve the best answers possible, placing a strong emphasis on technical accuracy, relevance, and clarity.

skills
- Write readable, reusable, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews to ensure that the standards for code quality are met
- Demonstrate your proficiency with your language of choice, while covering all bases
- Provide clear, clean, well-organized, correct, and clearly annotated/classifiable code in the responses
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrable experience with developing web apps using modular development and scalable architectures as well as a strong focus on code readability and security/stability (i.e. testing)
- Proficiency with the language’s syntax and conventions
- Extensive experience working with JavaScript or TypeScript
- Solid understanding of JavaScript ES6 and either Node.js or React or Nest or Angular or Vue
- Nice to have some prior software Quality Assurance and Test Planning experience
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Docker experience
