- Imagineer would participate in a dynamic curriculum that exposes them to the company value chain through a range of projects. They will have the chance to try out our four career paths, which are Data Visualization, Decision Science, Data Science, and Data Engineer for scalable problem solving.

- In order to prepare you for Fractal, you will participate in a pre-boarding program that focuses on expanding your knowledge of all facets of data. Your career path will be determined by your performance in this program and company needs (Data Engineering, Data Sciences, & Decision Science). The following is a general idea of your position as an Imagineer in each track:
Learn and apply the best engineering practices to create data pipelines that use cloud native and cloud agnostic stacks (all cloud services for each cloud, open-source stacks like Python, Pyspark, etc.) to produce analytical insights.
Create data pipelines for batch-oriented and real-time systems that handle both structured and unstructured data.
Create composition-based data solutions by utilizing microservices and services-oriented architecture.
Education Required:
2026 year of passing
7 CGPA (or equivalent) & above across all academics
Candidate must have no active backlogs.
Eligible Branches: B.Tech (Circuit branches – CS, IT, EEE, ECE, AI, Data Sci) & MSc/MA – Eco/Stats

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience

- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
