- As Talent Acquisition Trainee, you’ll work closely with the TA team and will help in handling the hiring process for our multiple vacancies. You’ll work on numbers, and get an idea of what a metrics-driven team looks like. You’ll also support the team in preparing reports and dashboards.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- 0-1 years of similar experience(s) are preferred; Freshers can apply.
- Graduate/Post-Graduation required.
- Preferred experience in recruitment in a fast-moving, high-growth/large-scale organization.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
