  - Mandatory: English & Hindi, Telugu { Any Additional Language}
- Any discipline’s intermediate graduate
  Outstanding Interpersonal Skills:

  Excellent understanding, tone, expression, and pronunciation
  Speech fluency, flawless diction, and clarity
  Verbal: regional languages (secondary), English and Hindi (main)
  Written in regional languages, Hindi, and English
  Principal Duties:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and effective communication.
Serve as a client advisor by answering questions and offering solutions.
Follow up with clients and give them updates within the allotted time frames.
Accurately record every interaction in CRM in accordance with the rules.
Take pertinent notes during customer interactions for future use.
Give the team timely Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights to improve the product.
Respect login and production hours:
9:00 hours in total
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (rotating)
Be on time and adhere to break schedules.
Timings of Shifts:
Male workers: Day shifts that rotate
Rotating day shifts for female employees
Keep abreast of daily updates and process knowledge.
