What you will do

Offer top-notch assistance for Zycus applications and associated systems.
Keep an eye on support tickets and help resolve problems.
Troubleshoot system-related, user access, and basic application problems.
Coordinate issue monitoring and updates with business users and internal teams.
Help with the validation, testing, and documentation of applications.
Learn about and assist with Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) procedures.
Preserve reports, knowledge articles, and supporting documentation.
Take part in system upkeep and monitoring tasks.
Observe SLAs, escalation protocols, and IT support procedures.
Education Required:
BE/B.Tech is mandatory (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related streams preferred).
Eligible candidates must be 2025 graduates or later.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Fresher (NO PURSUING)
- 0- 1 years experience in technical support only into International voice
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.(Night shifts) 24/7
