- To find trends, patterns, and useful insights that enhance Contact Center effectiveness, analyze data sets.
  Make that analytics and reporting are in line with the strategic direction and business objectives.
  
  To improve analytics skills, assess and suggest reporting tools and technologies.
  Make specific, data-driven suggestions after conducting thorough business and root cause analyses.
  
  Keep an eye on operational problems and work with teams to provide quick fixes.
  Collaborate closely with Contact Center staff to provide timely and accurate data to support decision-making.
  To promote ongoing development, the team should exchange best practices and information.
