JOB ROLE: TCS HackQuest - Season 7

JOB DESCRIPTION:
HackQuest began in 2016 as a sincere effort to discover particular talents who were exceptional at playing their favourite game, Catch the Flag! The contest presents a set of tasks that must be completed in 6 hours and is based on the well-known “Catch the Flag” (CTF) format. Each challenge tests their ethical hacking prowess and unique capability for discovering vulnerabilities. In the end, TCS’s Cyber Security Unit presents associates with special awards and the possibility of job offers.
Round 1 Date: 7th Jan 2023 Round 1 Results Announcement Date: 13th Jan 2023 (Tentative) Round 2 Dates: 6th & 7th Feb 2023 (Tentative)
Education Required:
- The contest is open for the 2022 and 2023 batch of B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA / BSc / MSc from all disciplines and all the relevant institutes in India.
Skills Required:
For the first round, to login to the portal and access the challenges, we recommend the below mentioned specifications
- Desktop/Laptop with minimum of 1024*768 screen resolution
- Internet connectivity of not less than 1 Mbps Speed
- Browsers: Latest version of Firefox or Chrome
- Burp Suite community edition
For the second round, to login to the portal and access the challenges, below mentioned minimum specifications are recommended
- Desktop/Laptop with minimum of 1024*768 screen resolution
- Internet connectivity of not less than 1 Mbps Speed
- Browsers: Latest version of Firefox or Chrome
- Burp Suite community edition
- Web Camera
- Webex or Microsoft Tea.
- The top performing candidates who clear Round 2 stand a chance to receive Ninja or Digital job offers. (Evaluation will be based on your performance only).
- Winners will be awarded with exciting prizes worth up to 5 Lakhs.
- Exceptional performers will be given chance to work with Centre of Excellence teams.
