JOB DESCRIPTION:
What if your intuition about what makes a post successful or unsuccessful could directly influence how AI interacts with millions of people on the internet? In order to make sure AI-generated social media material seems authentic, interesting, and culturally appropriate, we are seeking Social Media material Evaluators to examine and rank posts, captions, and comments.
Anyone with a keen understanding of what works online and a strong connection to social media is eligible for this fully remote, flexible contract position. Just a sincere understanding of the social media scene and a dedication to providing high-quality comments are necessary; neither a marketing degree nor experience in content development are.

What you will do

Content that seems strange, off-brand, dangerous, or out of step with current trends should be flagged.
Give organized, practical input on popular subjects, cultural allusions, and voice
Work independently and according to your own schedule using task-based content batches.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- A frequent user of social media who genuinely understands what makes material appealing
Keeping abreast of current trends, memes, and platform conventions while being culturally sensitive
Strong discernment regarding tone, context, and appropriateness; meticulous
A writer who is succinct and unambiguous
Self-driven and dependable while working on their own
No prior knowledge of AI, marketing, or content production is necessary.
Good to Have
Knowledge of digital communications, social media marketing, community management, or content production
knowledge of several social media sites, including X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and others
Experience in brand communications, writing, or editing
Interest in content creation using big language models or AI tools
