You support the design, development, and implementation of unique technological solutions across Deltek products as an Associate Software Engineer, an early-career technical contributor. In order to provide client-specific solutions while developing solid engineering, integration, and automation foundations, you collaborate closely with Team Lead/Senior Developers, Technical Consultants, and cross-functional teams.
Learning, teamwork, and increasing ownership are prioritized in this position. - Development & Customization: Under supervision, create and maintain client-specific automation, integration, and modifications.
Ownership: Complete allotted development projects on schedule, within budget, and with high quality.
Proven Instruments and Procedures: Adhere to security procedures, SDLC, CI/CD, coding standards, and established tools.
Collaboration: Work well with consultants, project managers, Deltek partners and subcontractors, cloud operations, Team Lead/Senior Developers, and other members of a global team.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to established testing, security, and quality procedures. Assist with testing, correct errors, and rework things under supervision to uphold governance standards and customer satisfaction.
Throughout the project lifecycle, apply the AI-first methodology: design, create, and manage scalable technical solutions using AI-powered tools.
Continuous Improvement: Take an active role in understanding new technologies, tools, and Deltek product features.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Project experience: Academic, internship, lab, or personal/open-source projects that provide entry-level experience.
Development & Engineering Practices: Understanding of fundamental computer science concepts such data structures, algorithms, and logical problem solving, as well as object-oriented programming and basic software development techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity to pick up and use new ideas fast
Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English, with the capacity to contribute to technical discussions and provide clear explanations of concepts.

Technical Proficiency
