What you will do
- To guarantee attention to detail, the associate will need to be knowledgeable about various operational strategies. Processing speed comes second in significance, then accuracy. The associate should be able to do root cause analysis on errors and provide process enhancements to drive process efficiency. They should also be able to deliver results that meet or beyond expectations. Along with being a team player, the associate should be eager to impart his or her knowledge. Ad hoc operational reports, tactical stakeholder communication, and rapid ticket resolution should all be capabilities of the associate. Reporting to the Operations Manager will be this position.
Education Required:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative/technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Information management system, Engineering, Statistics)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree or higher is required
- Working knowledge of computers (Basic MS Office related skills)
- Basic Analytical and Logical Reasoning Skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to face external and internal customers in a professional manner
