What you will do

- Give Infor clients prompt, accurate technical support via phone, email, and the internet.
Determine the underlying reasons of software application problems, diagnose them, and suggest workable fixes.
Work together to resolve customer-reported concerns with internal teams, such as R&D, Cloud Operations, and Product Management.
Prioritize and manage a support case queue while adhering to SLAs and customer satisfaction goals.
Serve as a customer advocate by providing cross-functional teams with input and insights to impact product enhancements.
To stay up to date with Infor technologies and market developments, take part in product training and ongoing education.

Experienced also
skills
experience working in a help desk, application support, or technical support capacity.
knowledge of AI infrastructure and technology.
knowledge of log analysis, SQL, and database querying.
experience working in a problem-solving setting where critical thinking abilities are needed.
experience working both individually and in a cooperative team setting.Preferred Requirements:
ITIL certification and familiarity with cloud, SaaS, ERP, or enterprise applications
