What you will do

    Determine the underlying reasons of software application problems, diagnose them, and suggest workable fixes.
    Work together to resolve customer-reported concerns with internal teams, such as R&D, Cloud Operations, and Product Management.
    Prioritize and manage a support case queue while adhering to SLAs and customer satisfaction goals.
    
    Serve as a customer advocate by providing cross-functional teams with input and insights to impact product enhancements.
    To stay up to date with Infor technologies and market developments, take part in product training and ongoing education.
