What you will do

Respond to consumer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Use a range of tools to navigate and review solutions in real-time.
Help with identity confirmation and account security issues as required
Assist in locating and stopping possible fraud or security problems that could affect the client experienceOffer outstanding assistance and resolve account and purchasing problems
- L1/L2 Technical Support
Answer calls and emails from customers.
Diagnose and fix technical problems.
Keep accurate incident records.
Provide timely service to guarantee client satisfaction.
Chat, Email, and Voice (Superb Communication Skills) Understanding of ITIL Procedures

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.(Night shifts) 24/7
