JOB ROLE :Cloud Support Associate
Location - BANGALORE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- You will be responsible to monitor the Cloud Infrastructure and respond to any issues.
•You are Expected to learn DevOps Skills on work
•You are Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to the customer tickets.
•You are Responsible to Interact with Dev Team to coordinate the customer tickets.
•You are Responsible to update the Open tickets on daily basis.
•You need to Meets expectations regarding productivity as defined by the process or manager
•You have to Enter bugs to Engineering on any infrastructure issues.
•You need to Keep status and change logs for any work.
•Your Working days: 5 days a week – Weekly time off 2 days (Rotational) and not necessarily (Saturday / Sunday)
Education Required:
- Must have Bachelor’s degree
- Any stream
- 2019-2022 batch
