BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- You must have
- Communication Skills: The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. This includes clear pronunciation, proper grammar usage, and no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI) issues.
- Voice and Accent: The candidate’s voice and accent should be clear and easily understandable while speaking both Hindi_ and English_. This ensures effective communication with customers.
- Assessment: Must achieve Versant Level 4, indicating strong spoken skills.
