JOB ROLE: Business Development Manager
Location - Tirupati and Vizag
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Continual catchment research and identification of essential assets that can be purchased in order to conduct business with OYO
Speak with landlords and promote OYO’s mission of giving many people pleasant lodging
Create a combined business plan with the property owners to establish a successful business partnership.
Regular evaluation of the SLAs approved by the property owners
Communicate with the main stakeholders from lead generation until the launch of the property.
Keep abreast on significant market trends and property developments in the targeted area.
resolving disputes between the operations team, the transformation team, and the property owners.
Immediate joiner required/Telugu Language mandatory
Education Required:
Eligibility criteria
- ANY GRADUATION
- ANY POST GRADUATION
Skills Required:
Networking ability
· Proof reading of Legal Contracts
· Soft Skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, Email Writing)
· Good negotiation skills
SALARY:
CTC: upto 7.5 Lacs
