What you will do
- Any skills related to the role

- Use voice support to address questions and issues from customers.
Handle questions about orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and accounts.
Provide timely and competent client service.
Keep thorough records of your encounters with customers.
When helping consumers, adhere to the company’s regulations and quality requirements.

- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
