Effectively and precisely manage non-voice procedures like web chats and emails.
Make use of your excellent communication abilities to solve problems for customers.Using CRM software, keep thorough records of all your interactions with customers.
Work together as a team to tackle challenging situations and boost output.

Job Specifics:
Salary: 2 lacs annually
Work from the office around-the-clock with rotating shifts and weeks off
Five working days and two rotating days off

strong knowledge of the concepts and procedures of chat processing.
Outstanding written communication abilities for efficient problem solving.
The capacity to do rotating shifts, including night shifts if necessary.
fundamental understanding of computer programs for data entering.Time shifts are six days a week.
System Requirement: Own laptop with 8GB of RAM and an i5 CPU or above
Speed of WIFI Internet: Over 100 Mbps
