You will be the centre of our ecosystem as a User Experience Athlete, intimately collaborating with all stakeholders to propel our success. You’ll make sure that you appropriately embody our goal, beliefs, and brand image. At Ultrahuman, you will be the cornerstone of the Customer Success team, which has the power to make or break us. We would love to connect with you if you are a great listener, enjoy problem-solving, have excellent attention to detail, and embrace the night owl lifestyle (from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am IST)!

What you will do

- Customer Query Management: To guarantee user satisfaction, promptly answer incoming customer concerns using a variety of support channels, including chat, phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media accounts.

  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Closely collaborate with several departments to route client feedback to the right groups for ongoing development.
