What you will do
The trainee is in charge of setting up and testing Wipro’s exclusive Total Benefit AdministrationTM (TBA) System to satisfy our clients’ demands.
Configuring entails setting up and adjusting tables and parameters in the TBA System according to analysis utilising proprietary methods and tools.
As directed by the SA, testing entails creating test cases and test data as well as carrying out test operations.
Candidates with strong programming (logical thinking, analytical skills), systems configuration, and testing abilities in relation to systems that support human resource operations are encouraged to apply for this entry-level employment.

- familiarity with the concepts and principles of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Automation testing principles and some exposure may be helpful.
familiarity with best practices and methodology for software quality assurance and system testing.
The capacity to deconstruct a complicated issue into smaller, easier-to-manage components and to comprehend and explain the connections between those components (i.e., strong analytical abilities).
Use the fundamental ideas of relational databases, such as keys, table relationships, SQL and DB2 queries, etc.
familiarity with implementing systems
composes intermediate SQL queries
diagnoses and fixes intermediate system flaws and faults
proactively notify managers on status, prioritise tasks, and manage them effectively.
It should be possible to link test plans to the impact on customers in real time.
Be able to come up with test cases outside of the given test plan.
