With its Work Integrated Learning Program for Diploma Holders, Wipro Technologies has initiated a groundbreaking paradigm in the sphere of higher education in keeping with its innovative ethos.
This program gives diploma holders the chance to get a B. Tech degree from a university designated as a “Institute of Eminence” (IoE) by the Indian government while working full-time at Wipro. Wipro will support the B. Tech Degree.
Through this program, Wipro is able to prepare some of the top diploma holders to meet the demands of the fast-paced world of information technology by providing them with appropriate training in both platform skills and behavioural skills.

Selection Process

Every eligible candidate must go through an online assessment, the below details are appended for your reference.
Round 1 – Online Assessment
Online Assessment (80 minutes) comprising of 4 sections:- Verbal- 20 mins- 20 questions
- Analytical-20 mins-20 questions
- Quantitative – 20 Mins – 20 questions
- Written Communication Test (20 mins)
Round 2 – Business discussion
Round 3 – HR Discussion
Education Required:
Eligibility criteria
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- diploma – 50% or 5 CGPA and above as applicable by the University guidelines

- You need to be a Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only
- One Backlog is allowed at the time of Online Assessment
- Candidates are expected to clear the backlogs along with the 6th semester.
- Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as one subject during Graduation.
- Business Maths & Applied Maths will NOT be considered as Core Mathematics in Graduation.
- Max 3 years of GAP in education allowed (between 10th to commencement of graduation)

1st year STIPEND – INR 16,500 + 1,374 (SA) = 17,874 INR 2nd year STIPEND – INR 17,350 + 1,445 (SA) = 18,795 INR 3rd year STIPEND – INR 19,000 + 1,583 (SA) = 20,583 INR Fourth Year: 23,000 INR
