What you will do

    • As a Wise customer support specialist, you serve as our customers’ initial point of contact. You are an adept client advocate and issue solution. You handle complex issues with ownership and empathy across phone, chat, and email – delivering outstanding customer experiences while adapting to change, navigating ambiguity, and upholding Wise’s mission of money without borders.

      Pay: 5.2 LPA plus RSU (Restricted Stock Units)
      Location: Hyderabad; office work

      Rotational shift

    • Offer top-notch phone, chat, and email help with an emphasis on complete case resolution.

      Handle customer interactions and questions with good judgment, compassion, and less escalation.

      Reach performance goals for KPIs including handling time, quality, and resolution rate.

      Show off your extensive product and process knowledge for the designated queue or region.

      Be straightforward and professional in your communication, adapting your tone and manner to the needs of the customer.

      Use standardized case-handling procedures to keep reliable records.

      Observe data privacy and security protocols through all channels.

      Participate actively in team discussions, knowledge exchange, and ongoing development.

      Use Wise’s Career Map, performance reviews, and team lead mentoring to take charge of your own education and growth.

      In everyday relationships, embody and uphold Wise’s beliefs.

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Good Fluency in English
    • You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
    • You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google 
    • You should have strong attention to detail 
    • You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
    • You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
    • Demonstrate advanced product and process knowledge for the assigned region or queue.

    • Communicate clearly and professionally, adjusting tone and style based on customer context.

    • Maintain accurate records using standardized case-handling processes.

    • Follow security and data privacy procedures across all channels.

    • Proactively contribute to knowledge sharing, team discussions, and continuous improvement.

    • Take responsibility for your own learning and development through performance feedback, Wise’s Career Map and coaching from Team Leads.
