Mentor and assist team members in completing inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks in accordance with retail inventory procedures.
In order to promote the creation of an outstanding customer experience, finish product fulfillment activities and deliver products from Runner requests to customers and team members.
By imparting your understanding of the Retail Inventory procedures, you may assist Operations Specialists.Encourage all members of the store team to comprehend inventory performance, and collect inventory data to support leadership decision-making.
In the inventory management system, keep an eye on all inventory, even non-sellable goods, to ensure accuracy and consistency, spot trends in variation, and comprehend the underlying reasons behind them.
As needed, carry out additional duties, such as assisting with customer-facing activities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Be able to work a schedule according to business requirements, which may include working nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store; consistently show up for work on time, in accordance with local regulations, and subject to any authorized adjustments.
possess the ability to lift and move merchandise to different parts of the business and its surroundings.
