What you will do

  • Customer support advisor will be responsible for customer service and handling online product delivery related enquires from the customer end.
  • You need to Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. Via Calling support

  • Required Standards:
    Higher secondary education
    Freshers are welcome, however at least one year of BPO experience (with documentation) is required.

    24-hour rotational work schedule
    A week consists of five working days and two rotating weeks off.
    40 is the maximum age limit.
    Outstanding verbal communication abilities in Hindi and English without a significant MTI for voice processing
    I shouldn’t have applied for any Flipkart interviews in the previous three months.
