JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will have a variety of duties and objectives as a part of our Growth Team. As a Junior Training Associate, you will
Provide direction, assistance, and timely updates to Campus Manager Trainees every day through phone calls, texts, and emails.
Oversee the daily tasks necessary to carry out the Campus Manager training program.
Help Campus Manager Trainees develop an entrepreneurial mentality and assist them in starting and expanding their businesses on campus.
Maintain the proper balance between program quality and trainee volume while evaluating trainee performance, creating structured feedback, and making graduation decisions.

Fresh Prints operates on a meritocracy-based system. If you perform well and consistently hit your goals during your first three months, you will be promoted to Training Associate (TA) Level 1 in August, with your salary increased to $780/month.
