JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking coding experts who are proficient in Telugu and who are passionate in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming. In order to strengthen model reasoning, you will test sophisticated language models on subjects like memory management, object-oriented design, asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, secure coding techniques, and debugging distributed systems—documenting each failure cause.
On an average day, you will discuss software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Telugu with the model, confirm logical accuracy and coding fluency, evaluate the correctness and naturalness of Telugu language usage, record repeatable error traces, and recommend enhancements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
