JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Nuclei is an enterprise software as a service provider that develops Beyond Banking and Beyond Connectivity products for telecom providers and banks in Europe, the Middle East, and India. We collaborate with more than 25 top telecom and BFSI companies.

    We made a list of some guiding ideas before we began Nuclei. These were basically the lessons we learned from our earlier enterprises and businesses:

What you will do

    • Any skills related to the role
    • the selected Should have excellent English communication with a decent accent
    • Find applicants using LinkedIn, job boards, recommendations, and other employment avenues.
      Examine resumes to find applicants that fit the job specifications.
      Organise applicant and hiring manager interviews.
      Throughout the hiring process, stay in touch with prospects to make sure they have a great experience.
      Ensure that the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) has accurate candidate records.
      Help with managing applications and posting job positions.
      Encourage recruitment and employer branding campaigns.
      Work together on a variety of hiring and operational projects with the People & Culture team.

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Good Fluency in English
    • You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
    • You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google 
    • You should have strong attention to detail 
    • You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
    • You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Comfortable using Google Workspace
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn or recruitment tools is a plus.
