What you will do
- Any skills related to the role

- Oversee day-to-day operations and collaborate with tutors
Respond to questions via chat, phone, and email and assist students and tutors.
Make sure tutor and student onboarding goes well.
Monitor outstanding assignments, comments, and renewals
Work together with internal departments such as the IT team, sales, and tutor operations.
Determine operational problems and escalate them as needed.
Encourage efforts to improve processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Strong coordination and communication abilities
Strong multitasking and organizing skills
At ease with CRM software, communication platforms, and Google Sheets
A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset
Capacity to operate in a fast-paced startup setting
Preferred RequirementsA bachelor’s degree in any field
