The role’s mission
To promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout Sleek, guaranteeing global regulatory compliance while promoting ongoing process and technology development.

What you will do

- Any skills related to the role
- the selected Should have excellent English communication with a decent accent
- Know Your Customer (KYC) is the first outcome.
  Examine each KYC exception individually and finish identification and verification within predetermined SLAs.
  Accurately complete corporate shareholder KYC reviews within predetermined SLAs.
  Make ensuring that all KYC determinations and the associated records are accurate and comprehensive.
  Result 2: Evaluation of Client Risk
  Within SLA, independently approve client cases that provide little to no risk.
  Evaluate higher-risk situations and give the Head of Compliance within SLA specific advice.
  When evaluating client risk, use good judgment and a consistent, risk-based methodology.
  Result 3: Monitoring and Screening Alerts
  Examine name screening alerts within SLA and precisely identify whether they are potential real hits that need to be escalated or false positives.
  Examine SLA transaction monitoring warnings to see if they can be closed or if more research is necessary.
