JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Quality Associate is needed by the Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team to operate as the first point of contact for address resolution, geocode correction, map revisions, driver assistance, static route management, and other operational tasks associated with the transportation process and optimization. The experience of our customers will be directly and significantly impacted by your contributions.
Your success in this position depends on your ability to pick things up quickly and handle overlapping tasks. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the company by having the chance to deal with high-impact production issues that frequently call for collaboration between various stakeholders and operations units.

What you will do

* To conduct manual audits and address outliers and exceptions, including using internal tools and systems, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Examine photos and videos and offer suggestions in compliance with SOPs.
* Pay attention to customer calls and, if needed, transcribe text from emails and calls to address problems.
* Recognize trends that emerge from audits and help enhance programs and processes.
* In accordance with SOP and SLA, promptly respond to stakeholders on relevant tasks.
* In accordance with established procedures, systematically escalate issues to the appropriate owners or teams.
* Keep track of daily tasks by updating workflow tools or trackers.
* Achieve corporate objectives and KPIs, such as SLA, productivity, quality, and utilization benchmarks.
* Recognize performance measures and use them to advance organizational objectives.
* Contribute to the development of the relevant team or program while working in a cooperative setting.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
**Shifts: Rotational (depending on business requirements, shifts are rotational in this 24×7 shift environment).
**Weekly Off: Rotational (five days of work followed by two days off, depending on business needs).
* Work from Home Position in Hyderabad or Bangalore
Fundamental Requirements
A bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in interacting with supervisors and colleagues across all levels
Speak, write, and read English with ease.
Preferred Requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and goods
Knowledge of SQL
