BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Good Fluency in English
• You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
• You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google 
• You should have strong attention to detail 
• You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
• You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• It is ideal to have a graduate degree.
  outstanding speaking and writing abilities in English. Having many languages is beneficial.
  It is necessary to have a working grasp of the Microsoft Office Suite, which includes Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  a track record of successfully managing several projects to a deadline in a customer-facing position.
  the capacity to coordinate important client deliverables while working with internal partners to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
  knows how to show how to use and adapt Cision services and software to meet the objectives and results of customers.
  Advanced verbal communication and listening abilities to comprehend the needs of customers, as well as the capacity to answer succinctly and clearly in both written and spoken forms.
  It is advantageous to have prior experience working for a worldwide news agency or media distribution company.
  It is advantageous to have prior experience in communication or customer/public relations.
  familiarity with Customer Success software and/or Salesforce
