For freshers

a) You must have English fluency is a requirement as all tools, communication, documentation, training, work are in English.

b) You will be Skilled researcher and comfortable using a variety of online sources in various languages.

c) You should have Good communication skills.

d) You must be Keen attention to detail.

e) You must be Self-motivated.

f) Customer service background (Communications team) preferred, but not necessary.

g) You are Able to maintain positive attitude and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks

h) You are Adaptable and able to learn new projects and processes

For Experienced candidates

a) You must have Customer support – Email/ Chat experience

b) If you have International voice experience is added advantage

c) You should have English fluency is a requirement as all tools, communication, documentation, training, work are in English.

d) You will be Skilled researcher and comfortable using a variety of online sources in various languages.

e) If you have Customer service background (Communications team) preferred, but not necessary.

f) if QGIS skills preferable.

g) If MAC OS X experience preferred

h) You have Incident management experience is a big plus

i) 1 year technical support or other problem solving experience preferred, not necessary

j) You are Able to maintain positive attitude and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks

k) You must  Adaptable and able to learn new projects and processes
