What you will do

    • Work in agile, multi-skilled teams to produce world-class products that meet our customers’ needs.
      Perform the elicitation and analysis of business transformation, functional, and non-functional requirements from a variety of stakeholders, collaborate with cross-asset IT teams to interface those requirements, and produce a workable reconciliation solution.
      Own and produce meaningful analytical and modelling artefacts that help development teams create working products.

      Understand the complete “user” journey, which extends beyond the “system”.
      Create/improve physical data models in accordance with the agreed-upon standards, meeting both commercial and technical requirements and expectations.
      Conduct a metadata analysis, which includes, but is not limited to, naming the physical table and columns, definitions, and proper data type and length, among other things.

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Good Fluency in English
    • You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience

    • Extensive data analysis and/or modelling experience.
      Strong financial domain and data analysis skills, including experience with requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and the ability to translate high-level functional data or business requirements into technical solutions, database design, and data mapping.

      Comprehensive grasp of Physical Data Modelling; design and deliver high-quality data models in accordance with established data governance and standards.
      Maintain quality metadata and data-related artefacts that are accurate, comprehensive, consistent, unambiguous, dependable, accessible, traceable, and valid.
      Should be an independent contributor with a strong understanding of SDLC or Agile processes.
      A team player with a self-starter approach, a sense of ownership, and the capacity to work in
