The biggest attraction of this opportunity is that selected candidates can pursue a 100% sponsored M.Tech while working in a full-time job. Candidates will receive ₹3.5 LPA during Years 1–2, and the compensation increases to ₹6.0 LPA from Year 3 onward, subject to successful completion of WILP and performance evaluation.

Delivering live technical training sessions.
Conducting coding labs and practical sessions.
Mentoring learners and helping them resolve coding problems.
Debugging code with learners and improving their conceptual understanding.
