JOB DESCRIPTION:
For a structured 12-month apprenticeship, we are seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test Apprentice to join our Quality Engineering department. This full-time apprenticeship is intended for individuals who wish to lay a solid basis for a career in software engineering.
Throughout the program, apprentices will receive technical assistance, coaching, and structured learning while working on actual testing and automation projects that directly improve product quality. While gaining practical knowledge of automation frameworks, API testing, defect analysis, CI/CD procedures, and software quality methods, they will collaborate with seasoned SDETs and software engineers.

What you will do
- Any skills related to the role

- Prior to production deployment, comprehend product requirements, create pertinent test cases, and verify product features, APIs, and workflows.
Using contemporary testing frameworks, create, construct, and manage automated test suites (UI, API, and integration).
To assist prompt resolution and stop recurrence, triage defects, replicate reported problems, and do root-cause analysis.
Contribute to internal frameworks and technologies that increase the effectiveness of team-wide testing
Use AI to increase productivity and test coverage, which will speed up production deployments.
Education Required:
- Recent engineering graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Any Graduation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- strong grasp of data structures and practical knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.)
Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulousness
Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity for teamwork
Previous experience working as an intern in a software engineering position, such as testing or development
Good to Have:
strong familiarity with CI/CD and Git
Practical expertise with REST/GraphQL API testing
