Location - Partial Work from Home
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- This job is in BPO service line
- Selected candidates need to work on Customer Support role
- You have to work on SLAs
- Basic knowledge on Computer and MS excel is advantage and experience on R2R processes added advantage
- You have to Perform day to day operational tasks
- You are responsible for Transport as per agreed timelines
- You have to Follow to SLA’s
- You must Classify and execute process improvement opportunities
