What you will do

- • Identifies important project milestones and implementation schedules in collaboration with clients and project management teams.
• Develops, records, and manages both new and current customer-focused business-critical solutions.
• Creates and carries out plans for solution validation.
• Maintains quality control throughout the validation plans’ implementation and execution.
• Creates instructional materials for the solutions that are put into practice.
• Educates clients on the remedies that have been put into place.
• Takes part in QA, UAT, and production launch support for a range of client interactions.
• Helps develop the knowledge base and best practices for implementation and integration.
• Works together with the DrugDev product development team to enhance and broaden the capabilities of the core platform.
• Offers Tier 2/3 technical assistance for unique integrations.
• Is able to operate in a production setting and has a working grasp of support procedures.

Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- • Prior experience gathering technical needs from external customers
