What you will do

Examine open accounts included in the daily Ageing report.
2. Keep an eye on and manage the designated accounts, including customer reconciliations, account adjustments, and professional outbound and inbound collection calls.
3. Gather client payments by the due date and promptly follow up on payment agreements
4. Keep an eye on client payments to make sure receivables are promptly collected.
5. Ensure prompt escalation in the event of nonpayment or silence
6. Provide customer service by providing statements, handling refunds, processing account changes, and promptly resolving client billing issues.
7. Determine the causes of account delinquency, talk about them with clients, and escalate them

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Fresher (NO PURSUING)
- 0- 4 years experience in technical support only into International voice
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.(Night shifts) 24/7
