JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to maintain focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment; the capacity to empathise with and prioritise customer needs; the ability to interact effectively with a variety of customers; the capacity to resolve conflicts and deescalate situations; the capacity to ascertain the needs of customers and offer the most suitable solutions. Ability to work up to 60 hours per week of overtime as needed by the firm, most frequently in the weeks leading up to the Christmas holiday season.
