      Operations of the Service Desk
      ITSM Tools (CA Service Desk, HPSM, BMC Remedy, and ServiceNow)
      Active Directory (Account Unlock, Password Reset, User Management)
      Support for Microsoft Office and O365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
      Troubleshooting Windows OS (7/8/10) and Desktop
      Citrix, VPN, and Exchange Support
      Troubleshooting Hardware and Networks (LAN, Printers, Devices)
      Remote troubleshooting for printers, laptops, desktop computers, and mobile devices
      Basics of SCCM, patch management, and antivirus
      Chat, Email, and Voice (Superb Communication Skills) Understanding of ITIL Procedures
