JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The Associate HR Specialist is an essential member of CSC’s Global Talent Acquisition Operations team, helping recruiting teams and candidates have a smooth and enjoyable interview process. In order to effectively manage interviews, guarantee accuracy, and maintain a first-rate candidate experience, this role collaborates closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

    Although scheduling interviews is the main duty, this position may also assist with other Talent Acquisition operational projects and initiatives to improve team productivity and process excellence.

    For someone who is interested in a career in HR or recruiting and who is meticulous, well-organized, and enthusiastic about offering outstanding service, this is a terrific opportunity.

What you will do

    • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to use Teams, Oracle, and Microsoft Outlook to arrange interviews across time zones.
      To guarantee a seamless interview process, get in touch with candidates immediately to confirm availability, extend invitations, and provide precise information.
      Schedule interviews using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); familiarity with Oracle Recruit Cloud is advantageous.
      Identify schedule difficulties in advance and promptly, accurately, and professionally handle them.
      Throughout the interview process, make sure that candidates have a consistent, pleasant, and cooperative experience.
      Encourage team initiatives and process enhancements pertaining to candidate experience, scheduling, and communication templates.
      Keep correct records and paperwork in accordance with compliance and data privacy regulations.
      Work together with coworkers in TA Operations to find ways to improve service delivery and expedite processes.

  • a bachelor’s degree or a comparable set of training and work experience.
    0–3 years of applicable experience in customer service, administrative assistance, HR, or recruiting coordination.
    mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook (which allows for scheduling and calendar management).
    Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience is required; Oracle Recruit Cloud is recommended.
    Excellent attention to detail and organizing abilities.
    outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking.
