To expand our team, we are seeking a Customer Support Specialist. The ideal applicant will be in charge of answering questions from customers, addressing issues, and guaranteeing a flawless customer experience by using strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

    • Answer consumer questions by phone, email, chat, and other means.
      Within predetermined timeframes, address consumer complaints and offer suitable solutions.
      Ensure that all customer interactions and follow-up actions are accurately documented.
      To handle client problems and guarantee prompt resolution, collaborate with internal teams.
      Provide a high degree of client satisfaction by communicating in a courteous and professional manner.

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Good Fluency in English
    • You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
    • You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google 
    • You should have strong attention to detail 
    • You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
    • You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
    • Become a graduate in any field.
